Hi, remove the black drum and clean the corona wites and drum GENTLY with a LINT FREE CLOTH. If there uis no change in the print quality you may need to replace the black drum. Hope this helps

Can you just reinstall your driver again,just to confirm that there is no driver problem.

see if this solution fixes the problem.
Also clean the print head using instructions in the manual

Is the problem on all three colors? Is it possible someone has cleaned the toner transfer rolls - they have some "iron filings" to help the distribution and transfer of the toner. If this is the case you need a replacement toner roll assembly.

It sounds as though a cartridge is faulty. To determine which one, the easiest way is to run a page of text/block of colour through in yellow then cyan then magenta. which ever page comes out with the streaks on it will tell you which cartyridge to ditch and replace.
