RCA is notorious for bad solder joints. If you are able, pull the back off, remove the main PCB from the bracket and flip it over. (ps: sorry, Unplug the TV!) Inspect as much of the solder connections as you can, reflow any cold, thin, or cracked looking joints you find. Many RCA TVs have been repaired by just this simple method. If you are not able or confident enough to do this, contact a local repair shop for service.
