Have you tried the forgotten password option? This will help find out your email address or user name and then give you the option to replace the password or generate on for you which is sent to your email.

You may have forgotten your user name, or password. You may also are using upper case or lower case letters. Always when creating an account write down your user name, and password , and keep it in a safe place.

Click the "Forgotten password?" link just below the password box on the btinternet login page.

If you are unable to access the email account that the instructions were sent to this is most likely because you have forgotten the password. Where you log in to your email there should be an option about how to recover a forgotten password. If you are still unable to gain access to the account the only other thing you can do is call technical support for assistance. This is the only way to do it without email.

Where it says LOG IN enter your username and click on FORGOT PASSWORD
Your password should be emailed to you.

For Windows OS:

Enter setup: Start/Restart computer and press the F command shown at bottom of screen (F12 usually). Once in setup, scroll through the file menus until you find the option for password: to change the password, simply hit enter in the "old password" , enter in the "new" and "confirm new" (if applicable). This will reset for NO password, and you should be able to log into the OS.
