My curtis DRC8335 IS STUCK ON HELLO - WHAT SHOULD i DO - I TRIED SWITCHING IT OFF - SWITCHED IT ON - STILL STUCK ON HELLO

There's a blown capacitor in your machine (when you open it up, the capacitors are the little things that look like pop cans). If you are good with a soldering iron (or know somebody who is), they should be able to replace the blown capacitor with a minimum of fuss. I believe the board location is C226.
