when you put first phone into pairing mode it should tell you what the code is that it is using for the pairing session
that you then use on the other phone when it asks for the code.
Phones do not have passkeys, a headset does have a code which is typically 0000 or 1234 but your phone does not have a passkey what do you want to connect it to?
I have the exact problem.. but you try to turn off and on your phone once again.. and then do the pairing instruction.... using the passkey 0000.. then... it works for me again...
