The drum or toner LED? if it's the drum, then just press the button until all the LED are ON then let go and this will reset the drum..
if it's toner, you need to take out the toner and on the left side of the toner, there is a level, unscrew the 3 screws and turn the level to the other side, re screw the whole cover and install back to the printer, this will reset your toner, make sure there is toner in the cart.
Not a comment - a further question: I need more help to understand this fix. I presume that by "level" you mean the small clear glass which can turn about 60 degrees clockwise. I tried that, but I still have my orange light burning continuously. My toner is near full after refilling it from a refill bottle. It is the first refill in the new 1,500 page original cartridge. What is my solution?
