Ariston A6136S Washing Machine LED Error Codes ? When started, the machine fills with some water, then pumps it out and then power LED flashes rapidly, together with Super Wash, Easy Iron and Rapid LEDS flashing together. It sounds like the pump is still running but no more water comes out and the drum does not spin.

There is a filter of sorts in the pump inlet pipe, its a big item catcher coins etc, but thats got nothing to do with the module error wich is a pricey item at £120! I've had one go already and in the last year, a inlet valve plus a control pcb panel in fact its almost a NEW machine! i'll never buy another hotpoint or ariston again. The machine is two yrs old!

Hi guys, I too had the same problem and looked all over the net for a solution. this was the only solution i found, and my washing machine works again!! my friend had the same machine as me, and a couple of years ago he had this problem and paid alot of money to get it fixed. If you follow ivorc's instructions your machine should work again. A few things to note - the circuit board can be unscrewed and released from the frame of the machine. After I unplugged all the connectors to the circuit board (about 5 or 6 of them - it was kinda hard to pull them out) and turned the power back on, the LED did not illuminate - I left it on for 2-3 min anyway - i plugged all the connectors back and set it to wash and it worked! By the way, my machine is Ariston Margherita AL128D

For replacement parts - head on over to PartSelect.com or RepairClinic.com and enter in your full model number for a full parts listing.
I recommend both sites because ...
FixYa has no affiliation with either site - I have been using and recommending them for years - trouble free.
PartSelect has a great schematic database for locating the part on your unit and great "testimonials" for each part that often times includes HOW-TO information.
RepairClinic has pictures of each part they sell and also a great how-to and troubleshooting for basic repairs.
If your unit has never been serviced - there should still be an original service manual enclosed in plastic taped to the inside of the shell.
In the service manual are Error codes, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting steps you can follow.
Anything too complicated or beyond your scope should be handled by a professional.
If you think you want to tackle the repair - and have gotten stuck on a step - reply to your question and I will be glad to help you out.
