Hello try to remove your phone battery and then insert it and then switch on the mobile,if this doesn't workout then contact your service center and ask them to change your touch screen display.

Did you try restarting the phone...??? If it didn't work try resetting everything. And even if that is not working then I would say it's probably a hardware error. You would have replace your touch panel. Could cost you a little bit. Rush to nearest samsung service center and get it done.
And also bear to put a screen gaurd always. I would not advise you to use touchscreen phones without screen gaurds.

restart it, and check the water seal to see if it has water damage. thats what happened most of touchscreen phone.or you have to contact the service center .If the mobile is in warranty . they will check your mobile free.

The reason your phones touchscreen is not working might be because there is a problem with the flexi of the phone.

To fix the flexi of the phone;

1. Get the appropriate screwdriver,
2. remove the battery, the battery cover, and your sim,
3. Turn the back of the phone,
4. you will see five rubbers,
5. pick them off with a pincher,you will see screws under them, unscrew the phone,
6. Get a credit card and slip it through the line around the phone then apply a little force in separating them apart,
7. you will see the panel of the phone, carefully lift it up,
8. you will see a flexi that runs through the screen to the panel, carefully detach the flexi from the panel,
9. unscrew the screen of the phone, remove the flexi connected to the screen also and replace it.
10. Reverse the process to reassemble the phone.

format your phone and try to access your phone.if the touch is still not responding then you can find out that there problem. then contact the company service center of your mobile and change the display screen.just go on with the company for changing the display screen for your mobile. they will replace the original touch display panel for your mobile.this is best for your mobile.because some local service may replace some local display. which may affect the other components of your mobile.

The mobile screen would have been damaged or a device connected to your screen my be defected .Try to remove your touch screen safe guard sticker then clean the display. If this doesn't work out for you consult your dealer for replacement of new display.

The problem is a faulty contact from the touchscreen leading to the phone board. To be short: on the right side of the phone were the volume buttons are, under the touchscreen is the screen's contact. Try "detaching the screens face a little from the phone body exactly at the volume down button(using your fingernail or something) and see if the touchscreen is responding in anyway. I suggest get a screw-driver and open the chassis, and trying to make the connection permanent, PS: you can send it back to warranty of a repair phone shop, only to force you to buy a new touchscreen and pay for the repairs, on a 99% working phone, with a faulty contact. The choice is yours:)

1. Remove the battery cover by pressing down on the cover.
2. While applying pressure, slide the top portion up and away
from the lower portion of the phone

The touch sensors would have lost its power, just try to switch off the mobile and remove the battery and put it again it will solve the problem only temporarily, and if still the problem persists then get that replaced,,,,,

Really?? Mine is loud as hell I heard it ringing in my coat across the room
I think there is a way to change the volume but the button on mine doesn't seem to respond to touch When you first turn on ur screen there should be a lil bell in the top left corner Ive gotten it to work once It turned my phone silent but other than that it doesnt respond Ive tried using it while the keyboard was out to get it to switch sides but still no good You can try playing with that otherwise we'll all just have to make that long trip to profiles just to turn our phone volume up and down
