I have a RSD305 duel fuel rance. Right now, the electric oven does not work. When I turn it on, it starts a display of 135 degrees for a few seconds and then shuts off. I've tried the CANCEL bit, but no luck. One time, my neighbor found the reset switch and that worked, but now it doesn't work either.
I've had to replace the lower element once before, so it would not surprise me to have to do this again.
Do I need a new element, a new fuse, or what?

F1 is a Relay circuit failure . you have a bad relay PCB or wire connection.

yes, you need to open the panel (in the center of the front of the oven when you open the door on the top) and press the reset button, there is a site that gives step by step instructions, but i can no longer find it

Once you replace the oven control again....never use self clean on any oven....unless you want to replace parts.
Before you replace the control...look inside the control panel for a resettable thermal fuse.
