How can I operate bluetooth on my acer laptopextensa 4630

Why do you want to clean the fan ? What is the problem with your laptop ?

Second, try acer support, the chat facility is good, but you will your laptop serial number (22 digits usually)
Finally if you are determined to clean the actual fan thoroughly you will need disassemble your laptop. Instructions for carrying out this difficult process can be found in the service manual which you can find here:

shows the general idea (the guy demonstrating is very practiced, and the video is speeded up in places, and it takes him 15 minutes).
You can try blowing compressed air (from a can) through the fan by applying it to the vents, but unless you can prevent the fan from turning, this can generate damaging voltages (fan acts as a generator). You can get away with this if you stop the fan from turning, or least only allow it to turn slowly.

Hey guys... I had the same problem and i fixed it... here is how...

1. Turn on your bluetooth adapter (make sure its available) and switch OFF your jabra clippers.
2. Now turn on your jabra clippers by a long press and continue to hold until the blue light after switching on becomes stable. DO NOT leave the button after turn on.. After turn on, the blue light blinks. Hold the button until its stable
3. Now it should be availble for pairing and the OS does the rest for you..

when you just turn on before windows loads hold your finger on the blue tooth button keep your finger on it until windows completely loads you should see the Bluetooth light up and it should working now

Do you actually see the Bluetooth device in device manager? Normally if it's not turned on it won't appear in device manager. The next thing I can think of is that if the Bluetooth module was not turned on when you loaded the drivers then they won't work.
And lastly the module may have come lose or unseated from the slot. Are you absolutely 100% sure there's Bluetooth hardware on this laptop? Is this built-in or a USB dongle?

If built-in have you turned it on? Acer uses a slide switch to turn Bluetooth and Wireless LAN on and off.
The first thing you probably need to establish is whether the laptop has a Bluetooth module fitted. Plenty of Acer laptops support Bluetooth in some markets and not in others and actually have slider switches to turn Bluetooth on/off but don't have the Bluetooth module fitted.

Does the unit say that it supports Bluetooth on the sticker attached to the front of the laptop? The models that have Bluetooth typically have this listed on these and will also list it on the packaging that came with the laptop that lists its specs. If it doesn't mention it odds are it's not fitted.
Acer laptops have the Bluetooth buttons, but not always have the Bluetooth Module. Check the bottom white sticker for a Bluetooth symbol under the laptop. If you do not see it, there is no Bluetooth. Also, if you press/move the Bluetooth button, and the light doesn't turn blue, there's no Bluetooth module with your laptop (only the button), so your laptop did not come with Bluetooth.

Also, you can add Bluetooth, but you need to be able to take the laptop apart to a certain extent, such as taking off the cover (top portion), keyboard, and maybe the speakers. The Bluetooth should have a 4pin, 6pin, or 8pin Bluetooth Cable connected to a Bluetooth module. You need to purchase the Bluetooth module, and install it, but you need professional help for that.

In case your laptop won't have a Bluetooth module fitted. The switch doesn't mean anything, it's present on all Acer laptops whether they have Bluetooth fitted or not.

You can buy the module as a spare part from Acer and fitting it is easy however buying a cheap USB Bluetooth dongle will be a cheaper option.

This laptop is blue tooth capable, but has no internal blue tooth adapter.

You will ether have to call acer and see if their help desk can answer your questions, or purchase a USB blue tooth adapter

to turn it on just press the button or pull the switch, if noting happens or the blue light doesn't light up and the computer doesn't react, it basicly means the computer didn't come with a build in bluetooth device, but has the option for the customer to later install one in the expasion slot inside the laptop.

If you have a bluetooth button at the front it doesnt mean its inbuilt, most Acer laptops don't have it although the button is there.
assuming you have set up the bluetooth correctly
Your model does list it has inbuilt but, if it is the light should flicker, you should also check the latest driver

ohh the same problem happens for everyone has the same laptop like me!! I've installed windows xp and i was confused when i saw the result the vga driver&sound card&bluetooth& wireless was undetected then i re-installed vista and evrything returned to it orgin and i was glad to see it alive again!!!

i hope re-installing windows vista may fix your problem as mine cause i have acer aspier 5052AWXMI
