My laptop acer extansa 4620 has a bluetooth button near front speaker but it can't woring. And no blue tooth options on os control panel. What will i do to on bluetooth

go to ur start button, control panel, device manager or it will be in control panel somewhere(I don't have blue tooth) or just simply type in Bluetooth from your start button and see what comes up to click on to activate it

yes its true, there is no bluetooth device on the PC. You need to order for it separately.

My friend uses an acer product, and he had to get an external blue tooth device. Even though the blue tooth software is installed and visible on the control panel.

You might end up buying an external blue tooth.

First you need to install the bluetooth driver software [that can be found on the acer CD that came first time with your laptop or just look here www.acer.com ] , then reboot your system . after that turn on the bluetooth buttons on your laptop and on the device you want to connect your laptop with for example [Cell phone ] . make on of them look for the other . then you need to pair them , so that you don't need to do that again .
Just look around in the software that you already installed and problem will be solved .

this problem generally occurs with blue tooth devices.
before reinstalling device driver

1. shut down your system properly
2. turn on your system.
3. turn on the switch of bluetooth
4. now try to reinstall the driver
5. after installing driver restart your system.

ur blue tooth driver is not installed properly....go to controle pannel....click on add new hardware...then add ur blue tooth device and provide path of cd to install it

this laptop model does not support bluetooth. you can purchase a bluetooth dongle like this one

Does it have blue tooth? Click "Start", "Connect to", "Blue Tooth", If that does not work, go to "Control Panel", then it should be there somewhere...

shortcut to the Acer user guide, drivers and utilities.
To launch Windows Mobility Center:
• Start Windows Mobility Center from the Control panel
• Start Windows Mobility Center from the Accessories program group in the
Start menu
You should be able to turn on blutooth from there.
