The spout is only a plastic with two holes, if the one is only leaking while the other is running corectly then you only need to clean it with hot water and a small brush the hole and the groove. the spoot can easily removed, or even emese it in a pot with hot water for 20 minutes then flash only water.

How do l fix our leaky kitchen faucet

If its leaking from the base of the spout where its attached to the body, its most likely the O rings that need replacing. The spout body could also be leaking as the metal is quite thin and can develop pin holes under the bottom face of the spout. To determine it that's the problem, turn the water on, place your hand under the spout body, you should not get any water spray, if you do (its usually a fine mist so its hard to see, but you will feel it) the spout is bad, replace it.

Nozzle leak

If it leaks out of the spout replace valve. If it leaks out of knob post replace packing seal. You might get away with just tightening packing cap.(The 1st nut under handle). Try small increments or you might split packing .

There is a very slow leak only at the weep hole site under the faucet, not at the main faucet outlet

The hole is designed to let water out instead of going back into your wall. The spout needs to be taken off (unscrewed usually by hand) and tephlon tape needs to be put on the threads coming out of the wall. After this is done, screw the spout back on. Should be all set.

I have a slow leak coming from the spout

ooops, didn't mean for that to be a request, sorry...It was a solution. Although, if you dont want to deal with Moen, you can get one at your local plumbing suplly store. I recommend taking the old one with you (make sure you shut the water off first!). Again, good luck

The water supply line to the ice maker on my Whirlpool side by side refrigerator is visibly frozen, and will not supply water to the ice maker. How do I fix this?

With the information given , I would say to pull fridge out from wall , and remove the 2 screws holding the spout . Pull the spout out and defrost with warm water . Reinstall the spout and replace the water inlet valve . Valve had to have a slow leak for the tube to freeze . A model number would have helped to give a more precise answer .

Faucet leak from the connection with spout.

Return the new faucet for another one. The o-rings in the base of the spout are leaking. Either installed wrong at the factory or defective rings.

Don't fight with it, trade for a different one.
