13hp honda on hyd. wood splter running normal at full throtle on knock or noise the engine stopped very fast dead stop.tried to restart rope locked engine locked. engine only has about 15 to 20 hours. checked oil it was full.

I suggest you stop driving it and get it towed to a Honda repairer before you do serious engine damage. They will be able to diagnose the problem, which does sound fairly serious. Did you get a warrantee.

This will work if the 13hp engine has its own fuel pump to draw fuel from the tank. Sounds like a good idea, use as mush steel line as possible to prevent line damage and associated leaks.
