I forgot how to get my Jabra tell me from my contacts names instead of the phone just ringing in my ear.

?? your contacts list isn't stored in your earpiece , its stored in your phone that the earpiece connects via Bluetooth too , so if your "phone" doesn't verbally announce whos calling to you then I don't see how your ear piece is going to ??

My bluetooth can't connect

Make sure your earpiece is compatible with your phone.
1. Charge your earpiece.
2. Go into the menu on your phone.
3. Go into Settings.
4. Go into Connection.
5. Select Bluetooth.
6. Choose Handsfree.
7. You will either see Motorola H500 listed (if you previously synched) or you will have to choose [Look For Devices].
8. While it is looking for devices, hold down the "Call" button on your H500 (it should have a phone icon on it) for two to three seconds and then let go.
9. Your phone will tell you when it has connected to your headset. The reset/bond code is standard for most Motorola phones: 0000

Please help

Go to the Motorola web site and find the user manual for the H500. The instructions are there. The passcode is probably 0000.
Go to the LG manual for Bluetooth to find out how to get the phone to search for the new device when adding a device. The steps are probably something like this:
1. Turn on the earpiece and the phone.
2. In the phone menu, go to Setup or Options, then Bluetooth, then Add Device.
3. Choose Search for a Device
4. The phone will find your earpiece, so select it
5. The phone will ask for the passcode, so enter it (again, probably 0000 but check the H500 manual)
6. Wait several seconds for them to synch.
7. You are ready to go

My iPhone 3G does not discover my Motorola H500.

Try this link. It solved my issue www.scribd.com/doc/280088/motorola-h500-bluetooth-earpiece-manual. Basically what you need to do is power the earpiece off. Make sure that your IPhone is not currently attempting to discover bluetooth devices (i.e. Bluetooth is OFF). Hold the On button on your earpiece (it has the symbol of a phone on it) for 6-10 seconds. The light on the earpiece remains lit. Now your earpiece is in discovery mode. On your IPhone, go to Settings, General, Bluetooth. Turn Bluetooth ON. Now your phone and your earpiece are both in discovery mode. When you see "Headset" listed, select it and enter the password "0000". Your IPhone is now paired with your H500 headset.

New phone can not find bluetooth H500

Power off the H500. Hold down the power/activity/main large button (have no idea what Moto really calls this) for 6 to 8 secs. The LED ring should stay lit solid at this point and is in discovery mode. Now have your phone search for the headset. Default password on the device is 0000.

Motorola H350 - Incoming calls

there is nothing you can do about the delay as it's the time it takes for the bluetooth to send the signal to your earpiece to tell it the call is answered, the only way to stop any delay is to set your phone to auto answer in the bluetooth headphone settings or in the call settings.
