Motorola H350 - Incoming calls

I've successfully paired the earpiece (Motorola H350) to my cell phone (Motorola E815). Whenever an incoming call is received, and the call button is pressed on the earpiece, the phone stops ringing, but the earpiece continues playing the 'ring tone' sound for another 2-3 seconds before being able to speak to the caller. How can I make sure the earpiece will stop ringing once the call button is pressed?

The delay is NOT a sync delay! It is a bug with the command set in the headset.

I tried this and the auto answer didn't change anything.
It's odd that the phone stops ringing the second I push the answer button on the earpiece but the earpiece continues to ring. Obviously the phone and the earpiece are already communicating because the earpiece button answered the call only the earpiece forgot to stop ringing and let me talk. ???????????

There is nothing you can do about the delay as it's the time it takes for the bluetooth to send the signal to your earpiece to tell it the call is answered, the only way to stop any delay is to set your phone to auto answer in the bluetooth headphone settings or in the call settings.

Incoming calls: the caller can hear me but I can barely hear the caller

If you have already adjusted the volume of your cellphone, then the problem is in the earpiece. If the phone dropped accidentally the earpiece loosens its contact and you need to open the phone to adjust the contacts. If the phone was not dropped, the earpiece is busted and needs replacements.

Cant hear incoming voices unless i put it on speaker. Can hear rings and all phone bells and whistles though. just not earpiece volume for incoming calls unless on speaker

this sounds like a broken earpiece speaker you might be able to find a replacement one on-line and replace it or if its still under warranty send it back in and get it replaced

Possible the earpiece has gone bad. Can you test with another earpiece?
Remove battery and examine metal contact points for dirt. Can clean with a pencil eraser.

H350 HEADSET

you may have the earpiece volume too low, because you will only recieve a bleep when there is an incoming call, not a ringing tone, or just set it to auto answer in the phone settings.
