well sorry to say this but I work on all types of flat screen tv, and once you get the dark blotches that you say you have nothing will bring it back, it is the brake down of the plasma, to the screen, mostly only good for parts.

You need to install the software driver of you web cam first, do as instructed and it should work after that. Driver of your webcam is included on purchase in CD media but just in case you dont have the drivers just download it here hd310v just click download, select your operating system and choose installer either of the 2 options provided. hope that helps

Do you hear fan starting noise? If you dont hear any noise most probably you need new power supply.
you can buy cheap power supply from www.aria.co.uk
if you hear the fan noise!
Does you motherboard starting with POST (a beep noise).
if you dont hear. well you need a new motherboard which should be compatible with your other peripherals.
if you hear a beep noise! Most probably your operating system is corrupted. (Boot file corrupted)
in this case you may have to install new operating system.

When you plug it into your usb , goto My Computer , in the list of drives there should be a drive in relation to your usb drive.

copy your tunes and paste them right in there.

Can you get any signs of life? playback pictures etc? Try pressing the playback button instead of the power button. If camera display works then press the picture button and see if the camera will switch over and the lens extends. Also check if the tab on the battery door is not broken. This operates a micro switch to cut off power

you need to install the printer driver, visit the manufacturers website and download driver, software and manuals for free.

turn on and take hold of end of lense
then gently pull and twistyou may hear it click but dont force it. then turn off and on again this should solve the problem.
