You will have to unplug your webcam from your computer and install the software again.
It is important that you first uninstall your Logitech camera software from your computer.
You will be prompted by the software to plug in your camera, do so that time only.

I am sure your webcam will work fine with Xp , but I will suggest that you make a clean install.
A clean install can possible solve your problem, if your first installation of the software for your webcam didn't install properly or another program in your computers memory was conflicting with it.

You need to install the software driver of you web cam first, do as instructed and it should work after that. Driver of your webcam is included on purchase in CD media but just in case you dont have the drivers just download it here hd310v just click download, select your operating system and choose installer either of the 2 options provided. hope that helps

Hello brat, Have you tried clicking on the speaker icon near the clock bottom right side of the screen ? Right click on this icon and you should see a line for the recording or something to that matter In that section you should be able to "unmute" the microphone

download the drivers then reinstall the drivers for your web cam if you have them.

i basically have the same cam re plug it into differnt usb port

the best one is uninstall skype and download the latest version from the site and install it

you should have a messenger program operating on your computer either skype,yahoo messenger to use a webcam when you make a contact to someone using the same you will have the options
make a video call or call or you can simply type a sms message
