My JCV av-65wp55 I have a issue when I turn it on it works fine for a while then the picture startes rolling with lines going accross the screen. I can turn it off and wait a while and the picture comes back for little bit then it starts rolling again.

The tv have a problems known as a convergence problems,it dead.Tv have colors lines R,G,B mis alignment,have colors shadows pictures or 3D pictures look alike.The tv convergence board have 2 STK convergence ICS and some or all it resistors are dead.These parts on the tv convergence board,must be replaced to solved the tv picture convergence problems.The shop,will cost u like $300-350 for parts and labors.

The tube is old. You need to contact a service center. He may try to boost it from inside. If it doesn't work, then need a new tube.

When this kind of set comes in for this problem, it is typically caused by a leaky/intermittent diode D402, located next to the heat sink for the vertical deflection IC. I will typically also replace the vertical deflection IC at the same time, just to avoid repeat failures.

If you know something about tv's, try checking things out.
You can get a repair manual from websites to download.
If you do not normally fix tv's the best thing is to call a tv repair technician.

thats how my stared than got worse i call for service and got fix after 4 moths had the same problem and i called the same guy again at firs he told me that the convergence was bad and replaced them i think there are three pieces but than the second time he took the box inside the tv he checked all the circuits and the board and he found out the something else was getting real hot and was causing that the convergence to bad now he fixed hope i got no more problems

I'm having a problem with my JVC 65WP74 the screen shows double pictures at the top and in the middle.
