My laptop can not install any software like NOKIA SUITES a messege pops-out that my windows installer is currently uninstalled. What am I suppost to do??

For your driver need, you may just install Nokia PC Suite, where it installs the driver and other necessary software, including the software needed for you to use the phone as an internet device.

just go to that link, install the software, and you are set. Please do not connect the USB data cable to the PC yet, until the software installation is finished. After all has been installed just plug the USB data cable in the PC and the phone, and follow the instructions on-screen.

The "PC Suite" for Samsung mobile phones is the software, when installed on your PC will sync your Mobile phone with the PC. (i.e. the PC will be able to detect & recognise your mobile phone). This only applies to Samsung supported mobile phones with the PC Suite.
