Try to describe problem better----is picture concave or bowed with colors out of place or is is just not straight?

If in doubt go into customer menu and select convergence and then advanced(instructions will be on screen) it will bring up a grid of lines--what you are looking for and I need to know is is the grid not square or are there red or blue lines with or without a bow in them?

The more you can tell me the better the chance I can help you--I am in California and will be here for the next few hours.

Mitsubishi WS 65809 65" Rear Projection TV. Turns

Hello There, Its seems that the circuit board has problems. You'll have to get it replaced ASAP before the board is ruined completely.
The same thing also happened to me 2-3 weeks ago. the techs came in and had to replace the board since 1 circuit was damaged.
It will cost around $100
