Question posted under Intermatic ST01C, but Timer is not 100% identified
since ST01C is battery powered, and should not lose programming or stop working with
ordinary power outage.
Most digital timers have a battery or capacitor back-up for power outage.

ST01C timer has a battery backup. Power outage will NOT cause battery-powered display to fail, but power
outage and power surge can cause any electronic timer to fail.
So either the battery went dead, or power surge ruined timer, or you don't have ST01C timer.
If ST01c display is not showing, then replace battery and then reprogram
current time -or- manually re-set timer and then reprogram timer.
Our circuit breaker was flipped and when it came back on our oven would not. It's funny, none of the buttons on the digital panel work, BUT if you turn one of the stove top dials (the burner won't heat up) but the panel lights up and you can set it. None of the heating elements work at all though.
Timer goes blank at the end of the timer cycle without giving an audio sound some times. Also clock goes blank and can not ber cleared by pushing any control buttons. The clock came back on by itself requiring to be set to the right time. No other indication of power failure in the rest of the house (lights, motors, etc). Appears to be an intermittent problem. Is this something that has happened to this Frigifaire model in the past?
