I get a cartridge error when I installed the new cartridge, it was fading at the end of prints before I put the new cartridge in. I got the new cartridge to alien "once" and it still was fading prints, so I removed it and put it back in and it will not aliegn, i keep getting errors, is it the new cartridge? I tried the cleaning process a couple of times too, and it did not seem to make any difference.
It's possible it is the new cartridge, but it sounds more like the print heads. I had the same printer and same problems until I changed the print heads.
