Adding/Removing mp3's what program do I need to use to add and remove mp3's onto my creative muvo v100 mp3 player?

You just need to plug it in your USB port and it will detect it as a additional drive. You just need to copy paste the music files.

Cant add music to my muvo v100 mp3 player

My problem with the Muvo was a little different. All of a sudden I couldn't add files. It would hang up 5 seconds into the transfer. I formatted (fat 32) and defragged but nothing worked.
I took mls38's lead and went to: http://support.creative.com/Products/ProductDetails.aspx?catID=213&subCatID=215&prodID=15441&prodName=MuVo%20V100&subCatName=MuVo&CatName=MP3+Players
and downloaded firmware 1.05.01 and it seems to be working now.

try to reformat your mp3 player. maybe it contains malicious programs and viruses when you connect it to the computer.

Instructins to use muvo

Go the the Home page of Creative.com and navigate to the location for the installation software (came with player within its package). Therein you will find an expanded user manual.
