there is a program if you look on google called mp3 rocket. download the newest version. i dont know if this will work but its worth a shot

My problem with the Muvo was a little different. All of a sudden I couldn't add files. It would hang up 5 seconds into the transfer. I formatted (fat 32) and defragged but nothing worked.

and downloaded firmware 1.05.01 and it seems to be working now.

try to reformat your mp3 player. maybe it contains malicious programs and viruses when you connect it to the computer.

Go the the Home page of Creative.com and navigate to the location for the installation software (came with player within its package). Therein you will find an expanded user manual.
