Hi, The feet are able to be lowered so they are flat to the machines bottom. If you have all ready done this and it is still to tall, then you will have to take the feet off. It may not affect your warranty, but i would check with the manufacturers to be on the safe side.
I'm trying to figure this out also. I think its coming from an air vent located on the top right of the machine (facing front.) It was blowing on a tag...still investigating. Also dances on initial spin up. I'm on concrete and travertine and I think the plastic feet are sliding on the marble. Am cleaning dust and putting rubber pad down to see if that fixya. I'll post back.
Well you should seal your granite counter at least once every two years because granite is pourus. Theres something called Granite Guard you can use to seal your counters and other different sealers as well. You can pick some up at your local home and garden supply store.
