I have not found a manual to download for your model of Ariston oven. The Ariston website does have manuals which can be downloaded, but your older model is not listed:

Therefore, I suggest you contact Ariston Customer Care and ask about the availability of a user manual for your model. This is the link to the Ariston Contact Us web page:

Most likely the company holds a copy of a user manual for your model in its archives. If it does, there may be a charge to make a copy of the manual and send it to you.

Down at the bottom of the page you should find a link to a manual. I tried using this link and for some reason it does not actually work as a link, but you can copy and paste and it should take you there. If nothing else, go to www.searspartsdirect.com and put in your model number and follow the leads and it will take you to where you can download the manual. Hope this helps!

Oven must be connected to the proper electrical
voltage and frequency as specified on the
model/serial rating plate. (The model/serial rating
plate is located on the oven door or on the oven
frame.)
Models rated from 7.3 to 9.6 kW at 240 volts
(5.5 to 7.2 kW at 208 volts) require a separate
40-ampere circuit. Models rated at 7.2 kW and
below at 240 volts (5.4 kW and below at 208
volts) require a separate 30-ampere circuit

Fault Code F2 - Error Code E1: Code Explanation: Keypad keytail not connected. Recommended Repair Procedure: 1. Check keypad connector for firm connection. 2. Press CANCEL. If error code returns after 60 seconds, replace keypad. 3. Replace control.
