PS you have garage manual ? very handy and worth the 25 Euro...

Harbor Frieght sells wheel barrel tires that can be made to fit and they're cheap. You may have to put bushings in the new tires as they may be a little bigger (depending on the tire you buy) than the axle on the Kett car. Otherwise I'd say try the manufacturer.

The Graco site used to have an area where you can download the manuals. I believe the site is www.gracobaby.com or there should be a toll free number on your stroller, you could call and request a copy.
