Where can I purchase replacement racks for my P/No 385ODD3006E LG Dishwasher

To be ale to remove the upper spray arm on the dishwasher pull the upper rack forwards and then turn the nut located above the spray arm and under the rack in a counterclockwise turn and then pull down. The spray arm will become loose to be able to detach and remove . To take out the top spray arm start first by removing the cutlery rack.

Check and make sure the tubes that go into the back of the dishwasher are aligned. Sometimes they get out of place.

might be hard water deposits in the nozzles. pop them off and clean with hot water

The wheels on the bottom rack could be broken or collapsing..or the rack is distorted or bent..or the spray arm is not attached correctly or is damaged.

I would call the toll free number and see if a free replacement is available. If not at least try to get a big discount on replacing them.

I assume that the bottom rack is level and the upper rack is not.
On the LG dishwashers, you can remove the upper rack by removing the little gray clip at the front of the rails. Each will fall off in your hands. You can then pull the basket out.
Place it on the floor and confirm that all wheels roll properly and all touch evenly. Resolve any problems on the rack via LG service parts.
Inspect the rails still inside the dishwasher, confirm that they are paralel and level.
Replace the upper basket carefully, making sure the wheels all slide into the rail evenly.

hi Problems with the dish racks usually occur because the racks have been jammed back into the tub housing after they're fully loaded. Careless handling can exert enough force to crack or break the roller wheels or throw the racks off the tracks. The solution is easy: Stop jamming the racks. 
The repair is easy, too. Remove the racks by pulling out the tiny metal pins that hold them in the tracks. Or simply lift up on the racks and pull them out of the tracks. Then reinstall the racks on the tracks so that they roll smoothly. If the rollers are cracked or broken, replace them with new ones of the same type. The rollers may be friction-fit to their hubs. Pull them off for replacement. Or, if they are held by tiny spring clips, pull the clips out with pliers, or pry them out with the tip of a screwdriver. If you can't pull the rollers off for replacement, remove and replace the entire rack.

Age/ poor quality plastic/sharp objects making contact/these are all common examples,I know there is a liquid plastic that you can purchase that really works and is safe to use.You wipe on the damaged areas and let it dry .
