LG Dishwasher Model LD-14AW3
I have had this dishwasher about 4 years, it has work beautifully, then one day there just wasn't any power going to it. Have tried different power points and no change. Looked for a fuse, was unable to find one. The power cord coming into the machine is undamaged. Any suggestions.

LG LD-2052SH. Hi, I have an LG dishwasher and the upper spray arm is not cleaning satisfactorily.
Remove the upper wash arm from the rack. Examine thoroughly. Look for hair line cracks especially if the wash arm is plastic. Top rack wash arms have spray holes on the top AND bottom. Check both places. Sometimes small fish bones will clog the hallway of wash arm not just the holes. After years of use, the wash arm will bow especially plastic ones. Be sure the water connection to wash arm is Secure. If you think the wash arm is not spinning, try this. Place a old cell phone inside a sealed glass jar and start recording video from the lower rack. Be sure jar is Secure. The light from phone will come on. You might see the problem this way.
LG drains and fills at same time.
We have a Candy CDI2012/E-02 32900347 1330 3315 dishwasher from around 2013 that once stopped working about 3 years ago. A constant beeping signaled the problem after trying to initiate the washing cycle. Not remembering the details, replacing the controller card (~€50 ebay) fixed the problem at that time.
Now we had a problem again, similar to the one above. Once any of the programs was started, the dishwasher would first drain any remaining water (if detected any), then fill for a few seconds, then start draining/refilling again for about 3 times in a row until the controller detected there was something wrong. Again, everything stopped with a constant beeping. Replacing the controller card did not help this time.
There were actually two independent problems: We noticed that the inlet water hose was kinked. Thus, only little water would enter. Straightening the hose did not solve the problem, though.
We then thought it may be the flow meter. But it is extremely simple in this machine, turned nicely and did not seem to be the culprit.
However, we noticed some deposits in the water reservoir that also connects to the inside of the dishwasher. These calcareous deposits apparently clogged one of the channels. This may have induced some pressure difference, which the controller apparently interpreted as some water level problem. Unmounting the water reservoir with the built-in impeller, dissolving the clogging with toilet descaling agent solved the problem: the dishwasher is working again.
Actually, no electronic parts had to be replaced.
I have an LG dishwasher that gives me an EO error
The logic Board inside the Control Panel says 'If this machine on _this_ cycle doesn't drain within xy seconds, I will throw an error code'.
Take your high loop and run it into a pail, does it run well, does it throw the code? No? That's your problem, Yes, move onto the next test.
Clean the filter strainer in the machine, and what about the fine filter below the strainer that protects the wash pump? Working now? That was the issue. No? Move to next test.
Remove the Drain Pump and see if you can disassemble it? Look for debris inside and look to see if the impeller is damaged/ Or just replace it AT THIS STAGE, not before the other tests. Diagnose, and then replace..

LG Stainless. P/no 3850DD3006A NOT drying dishes or seemingly getting hot water. Any ideas?
Check the heating element. A quick functional test is to start a cycle that uses the heating element, cancel it after a couple of minutes into that cycle, then (carefully) put your hand near it to see if it is warmer than the surrounding parts. If not, start there.
If you are familiar with the use of a multimeter, and you can get at the underside of the dishwasher, you would disconnect power to the dishwasher, find the heater terminals underneath, then measure the resistance. It should be a low value, not more than a hundred ohms or so (this type of heater probably has a resistance around 10-30 ohms). Look for oxidation on the terminals or connectors on the wires. If there is corrosion, (especially signs of water leaking onto the terminals), clean that up and fix any leaks. If the heater reads open, replace it.

LG14AW2 Dishwasher OE code after 3 minutes
Hi Ian,This means the water is not draining out of the dishwasher - probably the filter is clogged. Your dishwasher has a filter fitted in the drain that prevents scraps of food from entering the pipes. Please try to clean the filter, hope this is helpful. If the problem persists please see more possible reasons here:https://www.repairaid.co.uk/dishwasher-repairs/not-draining/ThanksDan
