I have a honda eu3000is. It's only 3 years old and has only about 30-40 hours on it and the invertor has gone bad. Is this a common problem and is there any way to get some help from honda on this issue?

All the Honda generators have 2 years full warranty (parts and labor) . Just check with your Honda dealer and make sure they call Honda tech support before any decision or you can call customer support @ 770-497-6400
and see if they can get warranty for your machine .
