It would normally show that you are drawing more power than the generator can supply. Videos in the link ..

The error code is for incorrect air/fuel ratio. The first thing to try and most common cause is a bad fuel filter. Try replacing the fuel filter. It is possible that the 2 cycle mix, since it contains oil, had gummed up the filter. I would also run some carburetor cleaner through it.

you may have a faulty actuator that governs it for you need to check if coil of actuator is excited with power when you draw current

yes this load sensor module has a coil that is wrapped on a single line of stator output.this board may utilize a 12 volt source from alternator

you need a tool that is like a rod which is threaded on one end and has a flat head on the other.they come in different length it goes through the rotor shaft and screwed into engine shaft using a screwdriver then you have to tap the end of rotor shaft with a desired thread pitch and use a bolt to drive into rod .

The carburator needs to be cleaned, the idle jet is the first one that stops up. Make sure that the oil is up to the level and fresh and make sure that you have a clean tank with fresh fuel. You could do a Californian carb clean: rev it up and put your hand over the intake to create a vacuum till it almost stops and do that a couple of times, the jet could clear up in mild cases.

There is an upright small pencil diameter sized fuel screen inside the fuel tank of the EU3000is. I went in through fuel filler opening on the the top of the unit with a tooth brush on a stick and cleaned the screen. I then siphoned the rust and dirt particles out of the tank. Doing it this way precludes the necessity of draining the tank. My 3000 has been working smoothly since. If the problem reoccurs, repeat the process.

For your question, i have replied many people, why generator set can start but not generate electricity? Here is some reasons for reference: 1.After the diesel generator is stopped, the residual magnetism is often lost, because the material used for the magnetic pole of the exciter is close to the soft steel, and the residual magnetism is small. After the shutdown, when there is no current in the excitation winding, the magnetic field will disappear. 2.The magnetic pole of the diesel generator loses its magnetic properties. 3.Damage of excitation circuit components or circuit breakage, short circuit or grounding phenomena. 4.The exciter brush is not in good contact with the commutator and pressure of brush holder is insufficient. 5.Excitation winding wiring error, opposite polarity. 6.Stator winding and rotor winding of generator set open circuit. 7.Poor contact between diesel generator brush and slip ring, or insufficient brush pressure. 8.Diesel generator lead wire wiring is loose or switch contact is poor. 9.The fuse box is fused. 10.The "auto-manual-de-excitation" switch on the control panel is in the de-excitation position (automatic generator set has "auto-manual-de-excitation" switch). 11.The voltmeter is damaged. 12.Rotary rectifier module is damaged.

Most of the time it is either the Capacitor or AVR that has blown (depending on what is fitted on your generator.). Check out our videos on how to test them. We hold a full range of Generator AVRs and Capacitors. We have a whole Help Center and Engineers dedicated to helping people fix their Portable Generators. In addition to this we have a "Parts Search Service" if the part is not listed on our site. Check us out on our site. This action is called governor hunting which generally means the carburetor needs resetting ,a complete internal cleaning or a rebuild then adjust the high speed and low speed settings by the adjusting screws on the governor spring system (manual may be required for these settings)

I think there is overload .kindly measure ur load of consumption. Do not run the generator set with high load it can be cause of circuit breaker Tripp off .

Honda Electrical... • Answered on Jul 27, 2019

you probably have either a bad capacitor or more likely a short stator winding due to previous overloading

Verify that the double gang circuit breaker is good on both sides. Check for loose wire on breaker or receptacle.
