Try to download software from getjar.com website and search for the movie player with extension .jar (name and .jar) have it copied on your pc and then you will have to copy the file on your cell.
then try to install it from the correct file location.
hope the mp4 file plays.

With F480, you cannot directly install any software in the way of copying from PC to phone etc.
You need to follow a different setup that is very difficult to follow for normal people (google it...you will get that procedure). Instead try downloading the installable directly from your phone. It works!

Unless the movie is allowed to be copied, most movies contain encryption to prevent copying due to the act being illegal.

You need to convert the movie to Divx for mobiles. When you have converted it on the PC you connect the phone to the PC and use mass storage to load it onto the phone.

If you install the samsung pc studio and usb driver you can connect you phone to your pc. Then using phone explorer it is possible to copy music into the phone's memory.

A slight annoyance is that it seems to lose the artist, album details etc from m4a files. I got round this by creating folders for artists on my phone and copying tracks into said folders.

copy all your contact to your sim card and insert the card to your new phone.

i would say the problems comes from the way the company formatted the movie onto the blu ray discs. and i would say that there will most likely be a recall on them. if anything connect the manufacturer of the movie. hope this helps you.
