On your softphone, please do the following:
1.Click "Menu" on the top right-hand corner
2.Click "Advanced Users"
3.Click "Restart"
If your magicJack is plugged into your modem or router, unplug it from the power source, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in. If you are still having problems contact customer support and ask them whether your software is up to date.

Check the Internet is live by logging on to the magicjack website.

VoIP Phone Service Internet Home Phone Service Providers magicJack

Then plug a telephone into the magicjack device.

Then plug the magicjack device in to the USB port. It should then log on to the internet and download any required software.

If you have the internet, but magicjack was not able to get through contact Customer support through the website.

If you are using Call Frwd No Answer use code # 603 or if you are using Call Frwd Busy/NAns use # 604 in the following set up.

Press " Intercom/ PDN " plus above code ( #603 OR #604 )
Enter Destination ( Usually Voicemail Access Code )
Press " Speed Dial "
Enter time delay ( 08 - 60 sec )
Press " Redial "

Time delay is default at 12 sec ( 4 ring cycles )
