In order to receive calls, you must turn Notifications on for your magicJack APP.

1. On your iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch, go to Settings, Notifications, and select magicJack APP
2. Make sure that Alert Style is set to Notifications and Sounds are turned on

You can also shut down the magicJack APP by "double-clicking" the "Home" button on your device, tapping and holding down the magicJack APP icon, and then tapping the "X" icon in the top right corner of the magicJack APP icon.
Once the magicJack APP has been shut down, you can re-launch it by tapping the icon.

Uninstall all components of your fist installation.For that you can use REVO uninstaller to erase all traces from the MJ installer.Then try again.
