When someone calls the machine usally kicks in and u can leae a message but it just kepps ringing and the machine wont let u leave a message
Is the answering service set to on? How many rings is it set to? You can try disconnecting from power source for several hours, then press power or other buttons, wait half hour, plug back in and reset the machine.
