SOURCE: Can't disassemble massager.

I don't have the Homedics programmable, but I have taken apart my Brookstone programmable (and lots of old Homedics massagers).

I'm going to guess the screws concealment method is similar. On the under side of the massager, look for small oval-shaped outlines that are the same color as the rest of the body. Mine had four. These are little plastic plugs that you can pry out with a tiny flat screwdriver or a razor blade. The screws are hidden under these plastic plugs.

I hope this helps

SOURCE: remote doesnot work

If you have not already, register your product with the company. And contact them regarding the malfunction. they should replace the part or the product if you send it in.

Mistakenly we kept the homedics massage system in 230v instead of 120v voltage. It's not working now. Is there a way to fix it.

if your Homedics Back Massagers has a product warranty you should bring where you buy it..
if has to warranty you can try some techie sollution.
if it has an adaptor that connected to massagers you can change it with the same specs.
most adaptor has a label that indicates volts amphere and connector polarity..you can buy same specs at ebay.. or search some electronic store.
if it has no adaptor you have to dismantle your massager and search the fuse or circuit connected to
the ac line.. good luck....

Hi, I have got brand new Homedics shistsu massager cushion (MCS-360H). When I am plugging it in, I can see that power button in the remote is not getting started. Can you please assist me with this...

Hopefully you've got the right model listed here, as the MCS-360H is a Swedish Massage Cushion.

Did you remove the screw from the back of the unit before plugging it in...? The unit will not work properly until that screw is removed, and could be damaged if it is operated with the screw in place.

Here's the manual -
http://www.homedics.com//media/documents/homedics/instructionbooks/MCS-360H_IB.pdf

If removing that screw does not make the unit operate properly, contact Homedics Customer Service at 1-800-466-3342
