Question about Homedics Qrm 400h Therapist Select Quad Roller Massaging Cushion, Black

Remote doesnot work

I have a fairly new homedics shaitsu back massager which has stopped working. Remote won't work massager. When I turn on my QRM 400 Quad roller it doesnot run. find out if there is any way to repair a massage cushion.

Start with checking the fuse. You need to open the thing up. You will find the fuse soldered on a little board.

I do not know what the voltege is for the threpest Cussion if it was bought in the us the voltege 110 if this the case you could have burnet it out I live in Australia and we can use them there because we have the same voltege 240ac

Hi, I have got brand new Homedics shistsu massager cushion (MCS-360H). When I am plugging it in, I can see that power button in the remote is not getting started. Can you please assist me with this...

Hopefully you've got the right model listed here, as the MCS-360H is a Swedish Massage Cushion.

Did you remove the screw from the back of the unit before plugging it in...? The unit will not work properly until that screw is removed, and could be damaged if it is operated with the screw in place.

The motor is Jammed
Try Taping it or banging it lightly
if that don't work im sorry ether needs repair or buy a new one

i have a fairly new qrm 400a, it stopped working all of sudden. when i plug in the power, blue lights are on, the remote control can be turned on and off but the rollers are not responding.What happened? it seems to happen to other owners too, please help. thanks
