The part number for a board I believe is compatible with my TV is B44-00808A but I have not been able to confirm its compatibility with the HD02 version, I have only seen HD01 listed.

Unless you haven't tried the suggested 000-??? for a Samsung tv then you're out of luck. Remote codes are supplied by the manufacture to go with units. If the codes they give don't work, then there are none.

It would be a lot cheaper if you just replace the two caps that have gone bad. Just get a cheap solder pencil from the store and about an inch of solder and you are in business.
The Power Supply Board is the center Board (towards left) after you remove the back off the TV. Remove Board from TV with the 6-7 screws. Replace capacitors CM852 & CM853; 2200ufd 25volts.
