No
linear measurement is a length measurement and you have given an area measurement
facia timber comes in a set width and thickness so all you have to do is measure around where the facia is to go and that length will be the linear measurement of the facia board
so you get that measurement and go to a timber yard and say you want so many feet of facia board

SOURCE: how o figure sq ft of my home and bedroom

a square foot measurement is the product of the length by the width (breadth) or the room or building
If the room is 10 ft wide by 10 ft long it is 100 square feet in area
If it 10 ft long by 30 ft wide it is 130 square feet in area
really this is grade 1 maths
so to make it easy for you ,take a tape measure and measure the dimensions and multiply them using a calculator and the answer is in square ft

If a house is 1400 square ft. How many linear ft does that convert to?

if the area is 1400 square feet the lineal is 149.6 ft outside edge from a square 37.4 feet on a side, to 2802 ft outside edge from a rectangle 1400 by 1 foot wide. After that the calculation is the number calculated by the formula below multiplied by two plus the length of the ends. The narrower the strip, of course, the longer the linear distance until you have an infinite length line of infinitesimal width and you have created a perfect mathematical construct of two dimensions
The calculation for determining the lineal distance that the internal area can be converted to is:
L=1400/n where n=the width of the strip required in feet
eg in 1foot wide strips n=1 so L=1400, in 6" wide strips N= 0.5 so L=2800.

Convert 174240 sq ft to linear feet

Actually they are two different measurements and they are not equal. However if you need to come to an outside measurement of a square surface that is equal to a circumference, take the width and the length and add them together, multiply that by 2 and you have the outside distance around the square footage.

How many linear feet is 18 sq.ft.

You get square feet by multiplying linear feet with another linear feet. 18 sq.ft = 3 lin ft x 6 lin ft or 2 lin ft x 9 lin feet or 4,5 lin ft x 4lin feet.
Sq ft is used to quantify surface area where linear feet quantify distance but lin ft x lin ft gives you square ft (surface area)

How o figure sq ft of my home and bedroom

I don't know how to deal with it because I hired special people for it. The only thing I did myself - I chose the design. I adore the grey colour and that's why I was looking at rooms with grey walls on https://kudoshouse.com/best-83-grey-bedroom-ideas-gray-bedrooms-with-images/ and I am impressed by these ideas!

Convert 264 sq ft to linear feet

Hi Mona:
I'd like to be able to help so will need to clarify the intent of your question. Bear with me while I explain.
- 264 sq ft is a measurement of area.
- Example: a room 11 ft wide by 24 feet long would have a floor area 11 X 24 = 264 sq.ft
- 264 linear ft is a distance measurement, and indicates the distance between 2 points.
- Example: A house that is 66 feet square has a perimeter of 264 linear ft. (4 x 66 = 264)

If you can take this information and apply it to your question, I should be able to give a clearer answer.
Hope this helps

1.500 sq ft to how many linear ft?

Are you trying to convert 1,500 square feet to linear feet for wood flooring? You will need to know the width of the planks you are going to use in order to complete the formula; so multiply square feet times 12 and divide by the width of the wood (in inches) to get lineal feet.
Add 10% to that figure to compensate for waste cut outs and mistakes

What is the comparison of heating 1500 cu. ft. to 1000 sq. ft.?

a cubic foot is a 12inch by 12inch square by 12inch depth its like stacking 1500 little sq. boxes in a room or two.a 12ft by12ft room with 8ft walls would hold 1152 cubic feet or little boxes.so in comparison 1500cu ft is little more than one room,1000sqft is a small house.

9 linear feet equal how many sq ft?

It equals zero square feet.
Linear feet is only one dimension (length). You need 2 dimensions to calculate square feet. In other words, you need *width* also.
But IF you're asking how many square feet is 9 linear feet (long) by 9 linear feet (wide), then the answer is 81.
