When you play a game and an advertisement pops up and then an X at the top right it will not go away and can't get out what do I do

There's not much you can do about it, because those ads are sponsoring the game you are playing.
But if the game suggested is by the same company of the game you are playing, you literally can't do anything about it.

Try using Internet Explorer. If that works, uninstall and then reinstall Firefox. If it doesn't work, uninstall and reinstall Adobe Flash.

Unfortunately we are seeing more and more of this as the world progresses towards discless media (ie having an account inwhich your digital rights are set, and then having the ablility to download and access your files from anywhere (ie when you reformat or need to reinstall a program you will sign in and have the right to DL whatever you have the right too)

so lets see. If i can design the game (and get away with it) so that you are forced to be online when you play i can EASILY monitor how much and when you play. This information can be sold and traded amongst advertisers and such and is highly valuable. This is the only reason your game is free not because they want you to have soemthing to play because they are making money off you. Make no mistake about this.

Alot of programs **Especially PC** constantly send information back to thier host or programmer basically

my friend this problem generally occurs when you have installed corrupted files .
get a new fresh copy and install it .u will be sucessful.also you may check your pc configuration.

You could try a system restore, back up your HDD first, and see if the BR driver is behind. If the problem persists you can have Sony fix it free.
