Im sure you've thought of this and it's probably why you got a question up.#1Return return return but I bet you've already tried that if I were in your shoes #2 get the exact same headset just like used,pawn,refurbished if you luck out and you're able to find one hopefully thats a rap and You're GooD BUT if you have to play and you're like me when I play mic'd up Iam feeling it breathing it hearing it becomeing apart of it sometimes..... I don't know how much the headphones cost but honestly my last bet would be splicing wires nothing plugged in of course never know what sound you might get if you don't know what splicing is you should never mess with it ask your mother or father or Guardian to help you playing with electricity is not a joke and is very dangerous without correct supervision
I would contact the manufacturers support line and they should be able to replace or send in for repair.
