When i am not downloading my computer is fine but when i start it becomes slow
Your computer is downloading to temporary file storage. It is transferred from there. That takes a lot of ram. You can speed the process by adding ram.
You might also go to your device manager. Find your network card there. Go to that manufacturer's site and look for the latest driver for your network card. Update it. Alternatively, possibly, Driver Booster or Driver Talent would find such a driver for you, although you might have to manually install it.

SOURCE: My computer is becoming really hot and noisy.
Sounds like the fan is wearing out, as it heats up the fan needs to spin faster and if the bearings are wearing out it will start getting louder and it will also get hotter because the fan cannot keep up the heat being produced. You can replace the fan, most computer shops will carry replacements, also get a can of compressed air and give the inside of the computer a good cleaning. This will help keep things cooler as well. Also make sure that the air vents on the outside of the case are clear as well.

Double tap the screen with 3 fingers and it will unzoom. Then to switch the feature off,
go to settings, accessability and turn off zoom feature.
Hope this helps and if so please vote.
Thanks

You could try and blank the Application folder. This would require installing any software and settings you require:-
