F/06 Drive Motor Tachometer Error
The control is unable to properly detect motor speed and the machine will shut down. If a failure occurs during high-speed spin, the door will be unlocked after 3 minutes.

  • Check wire harness connections between the Drive Motor/Tachometer and the Motor Control Unit (MCU), and between the MCU and the Central Control Unit (CCU)
  • Check the Drive Motor
  • Check the MCU
  • Check the Wire Harness

Sounds like a problem in the button panel, but could be firmware is in a knot, which is an easy fix: Try unplugging machine and plug back in 5 minutes later. Then see if it works.

You have a bad water valve. The water valve is located where the hot and cold water hoses hook to the washer.Sometimes if your lucky you can take apart the valve and clean it and get it to work. It's worth a try if it doesn't work then you will have to buy a new valve.Hope this helped and thank you for using FIX ya.

F6 error problem
Hi there,

F6 is a communication error. It is either a loose connection to the control board, or the control board is shot. They should have diagnosed this when they came out to fix it. Open it up, and look for loose connections.
