SOURCE: I have a Toshiba Satellite M115. I'm trying to do a sys. restore
Hi Imotivate!
By far the easiest, and most probably the best option for the long run is to ask Toshiba for a replacement recovery cd. It will most likely cost you, but it's worth a shot. Finding an authorised Toshiba dealer can be found by using their helpful website tool found here : http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/tais/support/jsp/gaspLocator.jsp?pf=true.
Hopefully this will point you in the right direction to get a replacement sent out to you!

With that machine, the recovery disks came with it when new. You can, however, install any retail version of the operating system, and go to www.toshiba.com to download/install the required device drivers.
SOURCE: how do you reset to factory settings on a Dell
Only way to do this would be to do a "system restore" without disks you can only hope you have restore points setup... run system restore from control panel and find out..
if no restore points contact dell for a restore disk.. remember the system restore without disks will not remove viruses or other harmful files..
