It seems like it's a software issue not the hardware issue. If it was a hardware issue (fan is not working/overheating...) it will not even work in Safe mode. I would suggest take back up of your files and re-install windows.

You can also, feel the air from vent/hear the fan to check if it is running. Most likely, reinstalling windows will help.

you have to open the memory cover and remove the two RAM s,
after that remove a black or whit plastic film depending on your model, you will loacte for B500 marqued ( XXX ) or J1 you have at least short
the two point with a flat screwdriver and put the upper memory and power on the laptop will holding the screew driver till you see the toshiba screen, if it doen't work just try again. it works 100%

You must change the boot sequence from your BIOS.
To do this, when your computer starts press F1 or F2 until you enter the bios setup menu. Usually on Toshiba is F1 or Esc key.
Now that you are in the BIOS, you must locate the boot order section. Just go through every page until you see something like Boot Device, Boot Order, Boot Management, Boot Sequence, etc. (its different for each computer)
There, change the boot order to move the Hard Disk or DVD ROM in the top two items in the list.
Save your settings and exit the BIOS.
Your computer will restart and it should boot up normally.

ALL disk or just one? What is the disk? Have you tried a reboot?

Print a configuration page from the printer and get the ip address of it. Make sure you can ping the printer. Open a command prompt and type ping <ip of printer> and see if you get a reply. If you get a reply go to the printer properties on your computer and make sure the port is set to the ip of the printer. If it isn't create a new Standart TCP/IP Port and type in the ip address. Leave the port name alone.

Try re-seating the CD drive because it may not be makinf proper electrical connection. If this does not work the the CD drive is faulty and needs replacing.

Overheating When the CPU overheats then it will shut down (i.e. thermal overload) and won't boot up again until it has cooled down. If this is the problem is not fixed then the CPU will eventually fail. A faulty fan causes the problem or the fan and heat sink assembly are clogged with dust. Check the CPU fan to see if it spins freely, if not replace the fan. If the fan and heat sink is clogged with dust the remove the dust and make sure the vents are clear and dust free. Use a small brush and can of compressed air to do this.

Put the cd in the drive and watch your screen and select the option that allows you to change the boot order if it does not boot from the cd the first time.You can also go into the Bios or System Setup and set the boot order to read the CD Drive as the first boot device.
