If you have checked the safety switch on your Precor 9.45 treadmill and everything seems to be intact, and the "reset safety switch" message still won't go away, it's possible that the switch itself is faulty or the console is not receiving the signal from the switch.
You can try cleaning the switch and the area around it, and also check the wires that connect the switch to the console to make sure they are not damaged. If the switch or wires appear to be damaged, they may need to be replaced.
If cleaning and checking the switch and wires doesn't resolve the issue, it's recommended that you contact the manufacturer or a qualified repair technician to further diagnose and fix the problem. They may be able to provide additional troubleshooting steps or suggest other possible solutions.

Most home Microwaves draw about 12-14 amps. You could figure your wattage at about 1680 watts. Calculated by factoring the voltage of most units 120V times the typical amperage draw of 12-14 amps. so wattage is volts times amps or (12-14 X 120) 1440-1680 watts
Precor Error 27, Too Much Drive Motor Current
Probable Cause
1. The running belt and/or deck are badly worn.
2. Drive motor is shorted or de-magnetized causing a high power demand.
Corrective Action
Check the amp draw using a clamp on AC volt-amp meter during loaded and no load conditions and compare values to a similar treadmill that is known to have a good running belt and deck. Replace the belt and/or deck if necessary. Don't forget, some units have a double sided deck which means it may be flipped over rather than replaced if it has an unused side.
Test unit with a known good drive motor. Replace drive motor if necessary.

Precor Error 05, Key Depressed at Power Up
Probable Cause
1. A key is permanently depressed on the display.
2. An interface chip (IC) has failed in the upper PCA's keypad.
3. Liquid (cleaning solution or sweat) may be on the surface of a touch sensitive display.
Corrective Action
Disconnect the keypad cable from the upper PCA. Reset power to the machine. If the Error 05 is eliminated, the keypad is the cause and should be replaced.
Disconnect the keypad cable from the upper PCA. Reset power to the machine. If the Error 05 still appears, the upper PCA* is the cause and should be replaced. *Upper PCA's most commonly do not come with software. Remove the software (chip) from the existing upper PCA prior to replacement and install into the new upper PCA.
Wipe away all liquid from the touch sensitive display. Reset power to the unit. If the Error 05 is eliminated, the liquid was the cause.
