Same thing happened to me. All you have to do is hold the power button down on the tv, not the remote, for a few seconds. The screen will come back.

I suspect that when adding your audio cables you may have bumped another cable loose. If you look and don't see a loose connection, one thing that has helped me in the past is to just remove ALL cables completely (that means both sides of all cables from all devices) and and slowly connect one device at a time, checking that the newly added device functions properly before proceeding to the next device.
Good luck

SOURCE: Poor picture quality from 130 degree viewing angle on my LCD tv

It is unfortunate but "off angle" viewing will compromise the picture especially on larger TV's and LCD. Off angle viewing can come from the vertical axis or the horizontal, as you described. This is clearly illustrated with a laptop computer. Adjust the screen forward and back (vertical plane) and you will see very clearly that you get the brightest picture in a very small amount of range of the screen. Likewise, viewing from the side compromises picture as well.

I also don't believe that the delay is indicative of any problems.

SOURCE: sound but no picture

Most likely - the CCFL backlight is not getting the power it needs to come on. You can verify by shining a light on the front surface of the set - if you can just make out a dim image, then that is it. On some sets, the CCFL can be seen through the vents on the rear.

SOURCE: frozen picture on LG LCD 37"

Try One of your working TVS and connect it to your cable outlet of the TV that is having problems. If that TV Does not work then there may be a degraded fitting or the Leg coming of the splitter to that outlet could have a Low Signal Problem
Next Take the First TV that was not working properly and put it on the cable outlet of one of the TVs that is working properly and if the TV set works on that Channel then you know it is not your TV that it must be the cable

SOURCE: samsung 55" flat panel lcd

Does the backlight come on? or even flash on and off when the TV is switched on? I presume the standby light is showing 'blue' then. Do you have any sound? Also, when the TV remote is pressed, does the standby light flicker?

How do I make the sound sinc with picture after I've connected to sound bar

I have a 60 in. Vizio, but I'm pretty sure this will help you out: With the remote that came with your TV (not TiVo, ScientificAtlanta or some other device programmed to control it), press the menu button, then click on audio. You should then see a choice that says "lip synch" or something like it. Click on that and a bar graphic should appear on the screen that looks something like this:
_ __________________ +. This allows you two synchronize and set the audio with the picture - either slow it down or speed it up by a few seconds either way by using the TV remote. I've never had to use it with my Samsung HT, but I know it's there and I know it's function. My TV is also a smart tv, so this should work for you. Good luck. . .

No picture and no sound

Check and replace the damaged component/s at its main board. Contact any service technician. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Pull up older posts. Surf the site with patience. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/
In most cases, the main board might have to be replaced. If so, a software [firmware] update too might be necessary.

Led tv no picture

Sounds like fluorescent tube has gone, but you say this is LED? Newer tvs are LED. What you have, may be LCD, in which fluorescent tubes were used. You have no recourse.

Can't turn closed caption off on our Samsung Series 7000 LED TV

Make sure it isn't your cable or satellite TV service making the captions, as closed captions on your TV are separate from the ones produced by your service provider. If it isn't your cable/ satellite, open the TV menu and find the Audio/Visual properties section of the menu (audio and visual might be separate sections), and find the closed captions or CC options menu. When you do just change the setting from whatever it is on, to off. If your TV remote is fancier than mine (which it probably is), their could possibly be a closed caption button on the remote for easy access. In this case just push the button and change what you need to.
