Hi the first thing I would ask is are you sure that power supply that you bought is good? If you are sure your power supply I would check the power filter that connects the power cord to the power supply to make sure there is voltage getting to your power supply. If that checks out the only other thing to check is the signal board. You can check to see if there is power getting to your signal board if there is then it's provably your signal board. You can find parts for that TV at http://www.interliquidparts.com/products-page?product_search=vp322&view_type=default

Fault with the main power supply regulator board. Check and replace damaged component/s at its main power regulator [SMPS] section circuit. Contact any service technician. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts.

It will be best to replace the power supply regulator board as card basis rather than making "Surgery" to it; which usually will make loss for both money and time.

Hello,

It's the problem of overheating in the power supply board of the Television.on the power supply board of the Television there are few capacitors and IC.any of this IC is got short or may be weak.so due to this when you start the Television the current passes from electric outlet to the power supply board of Television.but when the current passes from that weak/faulty part at that time current gets stopped or slow and the board overheats and Television shuts off. this is a common problem faced by many other users too.the possible option to solve this issue is to check the power supply board by a meter and continuity tester and replace the faulty component on the board which is short due to which power supply board is getting overheated.its bit technical job but yes its not at all a costly repair to do or get it done by the technician. for required parts it can be easily available from local electronic hardware shop television
This will help in solving the problem.....
