sounds to me like bottom hinges are set to close to oven/ need spacers so oven door closes flat top and bottom at moment it seems that bottom is to tight before oven door is closed ,try fitting spacers behind hinge fixings at bottom, good luck

Hi, F2 error code on the Amana Oven means "Oven too hot" You have to replace Oven temperature sensor to fix it.
F3 error code means "Open or shorted oven temperature sensor". Yo also have to replace Oven temperature sensor to fix it.

Summarily, both code has to do with the temperature sensor which you need to replace...

Buy a oven thermometer to put inside the oven to check the accuracy of your oven temp setting. If the oven temp is not too far off from what your oven thermometer is reading, you can recalibrate the oven knob. Pull the knob off and look at the back. You can adjust the degrees approx +or - 20 degrees. If the temp is all over the place or just not heating up enough, then it's time to replace the oven thermostat, assuming the oven isn't too old or not worth fixing.

I have a Zanussi ZDF290X which requires a new top oven seal. I have pulled the remainns of the old one out, but without dismantling the oven it seems impossible to fit the new seal. Any easy way of fixing this, please?

I ended up paying an independent appliance repair man $149.00 to fix my problem. However the "fix" also includes the fact that I can never lock the oven again.

re-boot, I shut the breaker down for a few seconds and bingo, problem fixed
