I had the exact same problem. A simple fix is to unplug power from the oven and replug it in. This seems to have reset the electronics and now all is good! (just posted this by mistake for the thermador range oven light problem)

Try shutting off circuit breaker for a few minutes to let control module to power down, then turn breaker back on. This may reset the control board back to factory default and retract the lock servo. If this doesn't work then a service tech will be needed.
OK, this is not a good situation here. your Electronic Oven Control board is damaged. the logic sectors are faulty. The F-1 represents a major EOC failuer and, you will need to replace your EOC(clock) asap, if possible.
