I have a bottom freezer french door mode. The Freezer is fine but the refrigerator is not cooling sufficiently. Doors are not open frequently (no kids) and seal on the door seem fine. Thoughts?
Remove both crisper pans and check the return are duct opennings. next check if there's a built up frost/ice on the rear wall of the frzr. is you frzr fan blowing air? if so, there's a small window inside the refrig's freshfood side back wall towards the cieling, make sure that's open.the cover should snap off. if window/damper is open, go ahead an pour hot water down the return air ducts behind the crisper pans. they look like grill slots in one or both coners
